Dana started shingling summers in Aldergrove at sixteen and opened Rafterloom out of a single truck in 2009. She still walks every roof before a quote goes out.

Crew lead, steep slope
Rob runs the shingle and cedar crews. He is known for leaving sites cleaner than he found them and for the magnet sweep he does twice, every time.
